Yogesh is an all star. He has top notch technical expertise, and has grown into an incredible manager. We could always rely on him for results, and a positive mentality while working together.

Yogesh has that rare combination of ambition, operational excellence, and heart. He knows how to get the job done and execute, but vitally he does it by leading through example and inspiration. He manages his teams with respect and pushes them to do their best work. Yogesh is not afraid to debate and deliberate, to challenge ideas and give feedback, but once a decision has been made he is 100% committed and will rally the troops to support the initiative. He is honest, earnest, has a razor sharp intellect, has integrity, and values people above process. We could not have built MAZ without him. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with him is lucky — there are few in the world like him, and even less in tech and engineering.

Yogesh has the uncanny ability of creating process out of anything. Meticulous and organized, Yogesh enables his teams to excel by consistently providing clear direction and never letting things slip through the cracks. I had the pleasure of working with Yogesh on a product team at MAZ Systems. Yogesh managed the technical program in India, and we collaborated to develop our app builder platform. The technical and contextual intricacies of this system were immense, and Yogesh absorbed and distilled the complexity effortlessly. Even more impressive however was Yogesh’s reliability. As a PM in New York, I could post specs on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Wednesday morning, I would always have the feedback needed to move forward. That’s a Yogesh guarantee. It’s rare to find a teammate like Yogesh: trustworthy, kind, thoughtful and organized. If you are considering bringing Yogesh into your organization, do not think twice. He is a tremendous asset to any team.

It’d be a big challenge to find someone as hard working and as dedicated as Yogesh. He consistently brings a positive attitude to his work and embraces challenges head on. Despite being a strong and disciplined leader, he really is a team player and is not afraid to show his team that he can get his hands dirty in the finite details of the day-to-day work. I highly recommend Yogesh for his engineering as well as people skills. His ability to understand the crux of a project and ability to prioritise is commendable. I have seen him evaluate complex problems from first principles, and not blindly follow conventional wisdom. Yogesh is able to instantly connect with people and able to mentor them — this makes him a natural leader.

Yogesh was assigned to test part of our product hence he directly and effectively worked for me for more than a year. Yogesh is a wonderful colleague to work with. He is in India and even I, being in US, feel confident about the task which is under testing by him. He has done a wonderful job in bringing quality to FXG specially from Adobe Illustrator. Yogesh is passionate about his work. His dedication, his approach and his hard work is of top quality. When I joined Adobe, Yogesh and I worked on a relatively new workflow and concept that had been introduced into Adobe Illustrator. What I remember best about those interactions is the passion that went into his area of expertise and ownership. I did not need to look elsewhere for more information, the knowledge he had was more than sufficient. After a stint on another project, I am again working on the same product as he. He was quick to make me comfortable with the still-evolving product, and gave me relevant and useful tips and DIYs to get me up and running.
